Leah Tuttleman, an ASID Allied member since 1995, is celebrating 25 years in the design industry. Leah received her BS in Interior Design from The University of Arizona in 1984. She is inspired by the historic past, vibrant present, and promising future Arizona has to offer.

She describes your home as your sanctuary: a welcoming place that perfectly reflects your unique tastes and personality. Leah Tuttleman’s award winning designs will increase the value, comfort, and beauty of your home so you can sit back and truly enjoy the view. Her goal is to create not only beautiful interiors, but also those that are classic, comfortable and enduring. She designs each individual space to be unique and extraordinary.

Great attention is paid to balance and scale. Modern, sleek chrome and neutral tones, or rich colorful patterned materials with lots of texture are all possibilities. Materials such as reclaimed wood, contemporary tile, current technology for motorized window treatments, or fabrics and custom bedding incorporated to create sophisticated interiors are well within her abilities. Attention to the finest detail is her trademark. Leah has working relationships with many the top suppliers. She is a full service designer working alongside architects, contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to assure that each vision is completed successfully.

Blending modern sensibilities with timeless appeal is invariably the intent.

The Design Services Process

Leah offers a complete range of residential design services. Leah’s extensive experiences ranges from small scale remodels to large residential and new home construction projects. She is involved in coordinating and overseeing the process with all trades and "value engineering” where possible to reduce costs.

The initial consultation establishes each clients' personal design and budget goals as well as a time line. The next step may include architect and/or contractor selection.  Once the team is established, Leah works together with the client and the vendors to select materials and finishes.  During the process, furnishings for both exterior patios and interior spaces are selected and the process of ordering and manufacturing begins.

Drawings are provided for fireplaces, custom furniture, and built-ins for approval by the homeowner. The coordination of deliveries and installations come together with the help of all of the team members to create the ultimate transformation from vision to reality. Good and consistent communication is the key to any successful project through phone, emails, and texts. Leah has extensive experience with out of town clients or those preparing to move to Arizona.

Leah Tuttleman, has been an ASID recipient of the Presidential Citation award for the past 3 years.
